Entrance fee for attractions are not included.
Meals are not included.
Customer has to check the opening and closing time of the attractions. BA Tours will not accept any responsibility for missing activities.
Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle at any time.
It is Passengers duty to wear seat belts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
Baggage and all personal belongings are carried at owners' risk.
BA Tours cannot be held responsible for delays caused by major traffic congestion.
The choice of the pickup point has to be within the Central London. Any other areas can by arranged by paying extra fee.
When a customer chooses to make a cancellation following conditions would apply and any refunds will be done via PayPal.
Customers will get the full refund less 10% admin fee if they cancel the trip 5 days prior to the trip date.
Customers will get 50% refund if they cancel the trip 2 to 5 days prior to the trip date.
Customers will get 25% refund if they cancel the trip less than 2 days prior to the trip date.
In the unfortunate situations or other unforeseeable event if BA Tours unable to take the tour, BA Tours will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible, and will refund all your monies paid, within 15 days following the tour date.
